Remember, this is an INTERACTIVE – DIGITAL – JOURNAL!
This means it is designed to work in conjunction with the steps inside this app, and we’ve made it editable so that you can download and SAVE THE 90-DAY JOURNAL to your computer or personal devices such as a phone or iPad.

HOW TO FOLLOW THE PROCESS
There are several parts of the process to make your use of the manifesting journal a success! These are designed to build your manifesting & alignment ‘muscles’. The more you use this, the more magical your life becomes.
SETTING YOUR 90-DAY INTENTION
Begin using your journal by setting your 90 Day intention; see the separate post on how to do this. Please take your time with this, as this is where the magic all lies in the process.
DESIGN YOUR PLAN FOR THE MONTH
Once you have set your 90-day intention, you can think of actions for your 90-day planner. To complete the monthly planner, use this as the place to put in the BIG actions. For example, an event, workshop or training, a meeting, action or conversation you know you need to complete will take you a step closer to your manifestation.
Reflect on the 90-day intentions; what have you said you WANT to create? And then think of the ALIGNED ACTIONS you may need to take to stay aligned with that. Write these into your PLAN for the month.
No need to ‘get it right’; you can tweak and adjust them as you go along each week.
YOUR WEEKLY THEME & TRACKER
Each week you will see an introductory page introducing the week’s new theme. It also includes a direct link to the relevant page here inside your app. Some weeks we’ve doubled up, as they are very big subjects and important in your manifesting journey.
On the weekly theme page, you will find your AUDIO to listen to for that week, which aligns with the theme.
Weekly tracker: Referring back to your 90-Day intentions – you will see again this list of 9 elements at the beginning of the week. Write down the new habits or actions you need to complete that week to manifest in that particular area. For example
- Universal Principles – Complete my 90-day journal.
- Free from debt – Make a call about the money I owe.
- Create wealth – watch new training on Crypto
This Week I have manifested: Each day, we’ve left a space for you to write down the amount of money which arrived in your life that day. Whether it was £0.01 or £10,000, it all matters! Whether it’s come from your usual pathways, found it down the back of the sofa, you saved it by being conscious of your spending, it was gifted to you as a ticket to an event or just an idea which will allow you to manifest your millions. You must begin to see the abundance in all forms. So every day, remember to jot these down here.
YOUR DAILY JOURNALLING
Every day is a new day. We suggest you do this in the morning or the first part of your day so that you have the day to manifest, think, embody and align to work for that day.
Each day’s new question will be aligned with the week’s theme.
- EXPLORE – This will be a journal prompt question designed to help you explore, unpack and uncover a potential limitation, thought, belief or energy which may be standing in your way.
- TRANSFORM – This is the suggested STEP 4 – Transform statement from EAM for you to work on releasing the limitation from your energy field.
- VISION – Once you have completed the transform step, journal the NEW alignment you wish to have. The journal prompt question will allow you to explore the new version to align yourself to.
- MANIFEST – This is the suggested STEP 5 – Manifest statement from EAM; this will realign your energy to calling in new emotion, thought, belief or situation to change your life and help manifest your lump sum (and more) into your energy
- REFLECT – This is an opportunity at the end of the day to reflect on how your day went, focusing on a particular aspect. You can also choose to reflect on how you are in the morning if that works for you.
In addition to your journal, we want to reprogram your mindset, energy and environment to send positive and empowering messages.
- LISTEN TO THE WEEKS AUDIO – EVERY DAY (this can be on the actions you track on your habit tracker). Simply visit the page for the week here inside the training and press play. You can also tap to download the audio on your phone or device for use offline. Or even plug it in to listen at night or first thing in the morning when you wake up.
- READ THE SCREEN SAVER IMAGES – Save them to your phone as wallpaper or create a special download folder in your photo library that you can add to each week, so you have a collection of empowering visuals that you can play as a slide deck.
At the end of the week, you will see the last page of your journal is for you to reflect on your week. Be honest with yourself. Reflect on what went well and what needs to change, then allow those to inform your aligned actions that you write in the following week.
- Look back at your habits, actions,
- the amount of money manifested,
- your thoughts and beliefs, patterns, habits, mindset,
- General emotions.
At the end of the reflection, choose one of the 3 faces at the bottom of the page to reflect how you feel now. Then click the relevant button to go to an interactive video, which will guide you through the 5 steps of EAM to shift those emotions or align you to experiencing the positives.
